Clean hip new hotel, the stuff and location where perfect.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it. Decent and excellent personnel at reception desk. Near a train station, perfect for me.

I loved that the hotel was straightforward and fairly clean. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from Richard Wagner Museum. The room was bright and tidy with a shower and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

The bed of mine was too high.

Perfectly pleasant stay for 1 or 2 nights max, loved staff and food. We got a beautifully maintained room with basic facilities.

The hotel was cozy and trendy boutique with unbeatable location near supermarket and the bus station.

Real value for money, friendly service. Lovely stuff and nice hot breakfast with lots of options. The room was rather big, double superior with a luxurious bathroom. I appreciated the fact that there where good Internet and tea/coffee. Unique location a 10-15 minute walking distance from old town lucerne.

The property was fairly clean and staff was responsive. We had nice styled room with exceptionally comfortable pillows and bed.

The staff was especially helpful and the location was reasonable - altogether a comfortable experience. I got free upgrade and greatly enjoyed it. The quick check-in process too. Free wifi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property. Located 5 minutes' walk of the bus station.

Staff and location were superb, I had a decent stay. Excellent bedroom and lovely beds. Reception had hot water. In addition, parking was nearby and it was very convenient. The hotel was in a picturesque area. I enjoyed the lunch in Confiserie Bachmann easy walk to the venue.

Very easy location, professional stuff, large bed. Great quiet room and a spacious bathroom. The staff did all they can for a such wonderful stay. The restaurant was lovely, fine food. Hotel was so clean and the service was efficient!

Neat, suitable rooms, especially nice breakfast and excellent accommodating staff. The staff made my stay really great. I loved the Chinese cuisine served here. There was a bus stop near the hotel.

The staff was simply courteous and they had nice beds. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Only a short distance to Restaurant Neustadt, where you can have lunch.

Walking distance from the lake, the city centre can be reached on foot, close to the train station and everything was spotlessly clean

we thoroughly enjoyed the chinese cuisine in the restaurant. in addition, private parking was a big bonus.

Bus tickets are provided at no extra charge and location was excellent, close to the attractions and near the town central/train station

so close to a bus stop, easy to get around. the hotel was set within a walking distance of lion monument. bachmann, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. in love with ibis budget luzern city.
